Wesley and Lauren met in 2007, and had their first date on April 4, 2007. Wesley was so enamored by Lauren that before their date was even half way done, he had already invided her to meet his mother, sister and brother-in-law at an Easter lunch. Their relationship began and their love for each other grew strong. After dating for a while they both agreed to enter a covenant relationship of Christian marriage. After a few short months of marriage, they placed their trust in God to determine the future of their family, and were quickly given direction with the news of child placed in Lauren's womb. Following a short pregnancy, they were blessed with the gift of a 3lb 2.6oz baby boy. Brooks Wesley was born on January 14, 2010, two months earlier than anticipated. The following few months were both emotionally and physically challenging for them as they traversed from home multiple times a day to visit their new family addition who took up residence in the NICU for six weeks. Brooks was finally welcomed home when he reached the whopping weight of 4-1/2lbs. Two years later Brooks is growing big and strong and now weighs in over 30lbs.
Every day in the Gregory Family brings new adventures filled with, joy and laughter as well as pain an tears, but we entrust the Lord with our lives, and ask that He will guide us daily on his plan that He has laid out for us.
